Thomas Mather

Thomas was born on November 3rd, 1792 in Bolton and his baptism took place on November 29th, 1792 in Dukes Alley Chapel (NC).¹

Birth Notes

Thomas' father was John Mather and his mother was Betty Sutcliff. His paternal grandparents were John Mather and Jennet (Jenny) Hamer. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, John, James, Mary, Jane, Hannah and Betty. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died as an infant at the age of 3 in May 1796 in Bolton. He was buried on May 15th, 1796 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹
