Mary Jane Mather

Mary was born in March 1865 in Turton.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was Amos Mather and her mother was Hannah Hullock. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Hannah (Ann) Kirkham. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Thomas, Amos, Anne, Maggie, Alice, Sarah and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the nine children.
