Mary Mather

Mary was born in 1831 in Hindley.¹

Mary's father was William Mather and her mother was Martha Barlow. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Thomas, William, John, Sarah, Elizabeth and Jane. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
