Helen Mather

Helen was born in 1836 in Little Bolton.¹

- Aged 25 in 1861, born Bolton, living in Hulme.

Helen's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Martha Challinor. Her paternal grandparents were Matthias Mather and Mary Priestley. She had two brothers and a sister, named Matthias, Thomas and Mary. She was the oldest of the four children. She had three half-brothers named Thomas, Thomas and Henry.
