Frances Mather

Frances was born in August 1815 in Manchester and her baptism took place on August 27th, 1815 at Manchester Cathedral.¹

Frances' father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Isabella Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were Jeffery Mather and Mary Hampson. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Jeffery, Mary and Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 73 in 1888 in Prestwich.

- 21 Jul 1939, Frances married Sims Fisher (1816-1877) at Manchester Cathederal. They had 6 children (3 or each).
  
  Oldest son Richard FIsher (1841-1942) is the 2x g-grandfather of John Woodcock who had a 6cM DNA match to me
