Amelia Lawrence

Amelia was born in 1858 in Birkenhead.¹ Amelia's father was Philip Hughes Lawrence and her mother was Mary Bennett. Her maternal grandparents were Jonathan Bennett and Mary Jones. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Philip, Thomas, Emily, Maria, Mary, Lavinia, Leah and Flora. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
