Elizabeth Piercy, mother of Benjamin is referenced in the Millenium File. Elizabeth was the daughterr of Robert Piercy of Pentrobin.
June 1782, Elizabeth died at Hawarden, 3 months after the birth of Nathaniel and buried at Northop. There is another Elizabeh, wife of Edward who is buried at St John Chester in April 1781 (i.e. before Nathaniel was born).

Elizabeth and Edward were married in a religious ceremony on November 19th, 1760 in Northop by Curate William Conway.1 They had six sons and three daughters, named John, Edward, Benjamin, Jonathan, John, Nathaniel, Mary, Ann and Elizabeth. There are no more children.

I can find no evidence that the Nathaniel Bennett that died Rhode Island 23 Apr 1871 was born in the USA in 1872. However, we do know the Bennett family were fishermen, pilots and brother Edward a mariner. Also Cap. John Bennett emigrated to Utah. Therefore, the Nathaniel that is buried at Rhode Island my be the same person born in Hawarden. However, burial records show this Nathaniel was the son of Benjamin and Patience Bennett and was married to Bethiah.
The Flintshire probate for Nathaniel Bennett of Flint, Publican who died 30 March 1871 was aged 58 so not him but may be his son. instead, Nathaniel may have died at Stratford on Avon:
