Betty Kay

Betty was born in 1809 in Edgworth and her christening took place on December 17th, 1809 at St. Anne (Turton).¹

Betty's father was James Kay and her mother was Betty Holt. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Ralph, John, Thomas, James, Anne and Sarah.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 3 in February 1812 in Edgworth.  She was buried on February 25th, 1812 at St. Anne (Turton).¹
