James Jellicoe

James was born in June 1856 in Ness.¹

James' father was Edward Jellicoe and his mother was Jane Woodward. His maternal grandparents were James Woodward and Ann Williams. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Joseph, Charles, Edward, Annie, Elizabeth, Priscilla and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 in October 1923 in the Wirral.²
