Ann Howarth

Ann was born in 1721 in Lower Darwen and her baptism took place on July 23rd, 1721 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Blackburn).¹

Ann's father was Edmund Howarth and her mother was Catherine Pickering. Her paternal grandparents were John Howarth and Ann Howard. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Lawrence, Alice and Ann. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Edward, Jane and Mary. She died before 1735 in Blackburn.
