Edward Howarth

Edward was born in 1741 in Lower Darwen and his baptism took place on December 23rd, 1741 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Blackburn).¹

Birth Notes

Edward's father was Edmund Howarth and his mother was Margaret Wigglesworth. His paternal grandparents were John Howarth and Ann Howard. He had two sisters named Jane and Mary. He was the youngest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Ann, Lawrence, Alice and Ann.
