Alice Howarth

Alice was born in December 1732 in Lower Darwen and her baptism took place on December 31st, 1732 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Blackburn).

Birth Notes

Alice's father was Edmund Howarth and her mother was Catherine Pickering. Her paternal grandparents were John Howarth and Ann Howard. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Ann, Lawrence and Ann. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Edward, Jane and Mary. She died at the age of 3 in January 1736 in Lower Darwen. She was buried on January 31st, 1735 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Blackburn).¹
