Isaac Holt

Isaac was born in December 1838 in Breightmet and his baptism took place on December 30th, 1838 at St. Peter's (Bolton).^1 2

Isaac's father was Henry Holt and his mother was Betty Greenhalgh.  His paternal grandparents were William Holt and Mary Barrow. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry, James, John, Albert, Nancy, Mary, Amelia and Nancy.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 7 in October 1846 in Breightmet.  He was buried on October 29th, 1846 in Blackrod.³
