Amelia Holt

Amelia was born in March 1841 in Breightmet and her baptism took place on May 23rd, 1841 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Amelia's father was Henry Holt and her mother was Betty Greenhalgh. Her paternal grandparents were William Holt and Mary Barrow. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Henry, James, John, Isaac, Albert, Nancy, Mary and Nancy. She was the seventh oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 38 in April 1879 in Bolton.³

- Amelie or Emelia (in 1851) marriad John Mayoh, a provision Dealer.
