Percy was born on July 12th, 1900 in Wallasey.¹

Birth Notes

Percy's father was William Heggarty and his mother was Mary Brereton. His maternal grandparents were Edward Brereton and Mary Hooley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Sydney, Frank and Hilda. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 73 in 1973 in Wallasey.²
