Francis, known as Frank, was born in July 1907 in Birkenhead.¹

Birth Notes

Frank's father was William Heggarty and her mother was Mary Brereton. Her maternal grandparents were Edward Brereton and Mary Hooley. She had three brothers and a sister, named Percy, William, Sydney and Hilda. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 43 in July 1950 in Wallasey.²
