Sarah Elizabeth Halliwell

Sarah was born on June 18th, 1854 in Skircoat and her baptism took place on July 16th, 1854 at St. John the Baptist (Halifax).¹

Birth Notes

Sarah's father was Edwin Halliwell and her mother was Sarah Stocks. Her maternal grandparents were George Stocks and Hannah Blakey. She had four brothers and a sister, named George, Thomas, Herbert, Henry and Ruth. She was the second youngest of the six children.
