Henry Verthe Halliwell

Henry was born on June 27th, 1852 in Skircoat and his baptism took place on September 26th, 1852 at St. John the Baptist (Halifax).¹

Birth Notes

Henry's father was Edwin Halliwell and his mother was Sarah Stocks. His maternal grandparents were George Stocks and Hannah Blakey. He had three brothers and two sisters, named George, Thomas, Herbert, Sarah and Ruth. He was the third youngest of the six children.
