Elizabeth Gidlow

Elizabeth was born on October 30th, 1863 in Blackrod and her baptism took place on November 22nd, 1863 at St. Katherine (B'rod).¹²

Elizabeth's father was John Gidlow and her mother was Agnes Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Nathan Mather and Alice Makinson. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Thomas, Mary and Ellen. She was the fourth oldest of the five children. She died at 3 months old in January 1864 in Blackrod. Her burial was on January 23rd, 1864 at St. Katherine (B'rod).³
