Matthew Eddowes

Matthew was born in September 1875 in Birkenhead.¹

Matthew's father was George Eddowes and his mother was Martha Hughes. His paternal grandparents were George Eddowes and Mary Jones. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Mary. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at 6 months old in March 1876 in Birkenhead. His burial was at the Flaybrick Memorial Gardens.¹
