Hannah was born on September 3rd, 1804 in Huddersfield and her baptism took place on October 8th, 1804 in Highfield (Independent) conducted by William Moorhouse.1 2  Hannah's father was Daniel Crosland and her mother was Mary Kinder.  Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Crosland and Betty Liversidge; her maternal grandparents were William Kinder and Sarah Taylor. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Charles, James, Elizabeth, Lucy and Mary. She had an adopted brother named Edward.  She died about 1847 in Huddersfield.  Her burial was on December 19th, 1847 at St. Peter (Huddersfield).3
