Esther Crook

Esther was born in 1824 in Bolton.¹

Esther's father was Christopher Crook and her mother was Margaret Donovan.  Her paternal grandparents were James Crook and Mary Crook. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Cornelius, Christopher, Mary, Martha, Alice and Elizabeth.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.

‌Esther and John were married in a religious ceremony in 1843 at St. Peter's (Bolton).²
