Priscilla's father was Henry Buckley and her mother was Betty Shaw.  Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Buckley and Mary Lawton. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Benjamin, James, Henry, Ben, Mary, Alice and Ann.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 34 in June 1847 in Delph.  She was buried on June 20th, 1847 in Friarmere.²
