Benjamin Buckley

Benjamin was born in September 1790 in Delph and his baptism took place on September 19th, 1790 in Friarmere.¹

Benjamin's father was Henry Buckley and his mother was Betty Shaw. His paternal grandparents were Edmund Buckley and Mary Lawton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, James, Henry, Ben, Mary, Alice, Ann and Priscilla. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 19 in January 1810 in Saddleworth. He was buried on January 27th, 1810 in Saddleworth.²
