James Buckley

James was born on October 23rd, 1797 in Holbeck and his baptism took place there on November 26th, 1797.¹

Birth Notes

James' father was Henry Buckley and his mother was Betty Shaw. His paternal grandparents were Edmund Buckley and Mary Lawton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Benjamin, Henry, Ben, Mary, Alice, Ann and Priscilla. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
