Birth Notes

William's father was Samuel Brereton and his mother was Hannah Salmon. His paternal grandparents were Constantine Samuel Brereton and Margery (Padday) Birchall. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Frank, Fanny, Elizabeth and Hannah. He was the second youngest of the six children.
