Joseph Boothroyd

Joseph was born on August 10th, 1824 in Newsome and his baptism took place on May 22nd, 1825 in Almondbury.¹

Joseph's father was Thomas Boothroyd and his mother was Esther Stocks. His maternal grandparents were George Stocks and Mary Blackburn. He had a brother and four sisters, named Susannah, Mary, Mary, Sarah and Susannah. He was the fourth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 67 in December 1891 in Bradford.²
