Richard Booth

Richard was born in July 1803 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on July 17th, 1803 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Richard's father was John Booth and his mother was Alice Lomax. His maternal grandparents were James Lomax and Mary Taylor. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, John, Peter, Robert, James, Elizabeth and Alice. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 63 in April 1867 in Little Bolton. His burial was in April 1867 at Tonge-with-Haulgh Cemetery.²³

Death Notes
- It is the Richard Booth, father of Daniel that died 1864. Another (i.e. this Richard) died in 1867, both in Little Bolton, both aged 64.
