William Bennett

William was born in 1833 in Wepre.¹

William's father was Edward Bennett and his mother was Elizabeth Hughes. His paternal grandparents were Edward Bennett and Mary Hughes. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Edward, John, Humphrey, Benjamin, Benjamin, Thomas, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children.
