Gladys was born on May 7th, 1894. Gladys' father was Edward Bennett and her mother was Elizabeth Jane Wood. Her paternal grandparents were Cap John Bennett and Jane Roberts. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Edward, Benjamin, Mark, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Jane, Jane, Hattie and Emma. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 63 on May 22nd, 1957.
