Eliza Girdlestone 
Eliza was born in 1857 in North Walsham, Swanton, Norfolk, England. Eliza's father was George Girdlestone and her mother was Mary Ann Doughty. Her paternal grandparents were William James Girdlestone and Martha Humphries. She had five brothers and six sisters, named William, George, Matthew, John, Charles, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary Ann, Sarah, Charlotte Catherine and Rebecca. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 11 in 1868 in Erpingham, Norfolk, England.-
