Sophia Elizabeth Creasey Cookson 
Sophia Elizabeth Creasey was born on June 26th, 1795 in Port Royal, Jamaica. Sophia Elizabeth Creasey's father was Charles Norris Cookson and her mother was Mary Margaret Weir. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Cookson and Sarah Hull; her maternal grandparents were Thomas (William) Weir and Mary Yates. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Robert, Joseph Yates (COOKSON), George Yates, George James, Charles, Elizabeth Sarah, Mary Anna Helena and Mary Jane Edwards. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 68 in June 1863 in Petersfield, Hants.-
