Mary Anna Helena Cookson 
Mary Anna Helena was born on November 20th, 1792 in Port Royal, Jamaica. Mary Anna Helena's father was Charles Norris Cookson and her mother was Mary Margaret Weir. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Cookson and Sarah Hull; her maternal grandparents were Thomas (William) Weir and Mary Yates. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Robert, Joseph Yates (COOKSON), George Yates, George James, Charles, Elizabeth Sarah, Sophia Elizabeth Creasey and Mary Jane Edwards. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 76 in June 1869 in Petersfield, Hants.-
