Elizabeth Cookson

Elizabeth was born in September 1656 in Hadley, Shropshire and her baptism took place on September 23rd, 1656 in Christ Church, Wellington, Shropshire.  Elizabeth's father was John Cookson and her mother was Jane Pekah.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Cookson and Catherine Unknown. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Matthewe, William, William, Edward, Humphrey, Jane, Margaret, Mary, Sarah and Jane.  She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
