Mary Nairne Aitchison 
Mary Nairne was born on May 2nd, 1807 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland. Mary Nairne's father was William Aitchison and her mother was Elizabeth Nairne. Her paternal grandparents were John Aitchison and Janet Tweedie; her maternal grandparents were John Nairne and Janet Robertson. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, George, William, David, Elizabeth, Janet and Margaret. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 68 on August 7th, 1875 in South Yarra, Victoria, Australia. She was buried in Rokewood, Victoria, Australia.-
