Mary Alice Boynton

Mary was born on September 7th, 1908 in Leeds, Yorkshire.¹ Mary's father was William Ellis Boynton and her mother was Caroline Butler. Her paternal grandparents were William Ellis Boynton and Martha Hargraves; her maternal grandparents were James Butler and Harriet Brooksbank. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Mark, Nellie, Gwendoline and Edith. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died due to a medical problem, bronchopneumonia after a stroke, at the age of 86 on June 17th, 1995 at Marguerite Hepton Nursing Home, Thorp Arch, Wetherby, Yorkshire.¹
