Jean Gibson 
Jean was born on February 4th, 1839 in Kirkden, Angus, Scotland and her baptism took place there on February 17th, 1839.1 Jean's father was James Gibson and her mother was Margaret Bruce Hardie. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Gibson and Isabella Greig; her maternal grandparents were James Hardie and Christian Thomson. She had three brothers and three sisters, named David, William, James, Ann, Mary and Agnes. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 50 on May 3rd, 1889 in Arbroath, Angus, Scotland.2 -
