Rachel Plumlee 
Rachel was born on July 4th, 1844 in Carroll Co, AR. Rachel's father was Joel Plumlee Sr. and her mother was Rachel Simmons. Her maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named James, Isaac C., William, John, Zachariah, Joel, Francis Marion, Charles Montgomery, Elizabeth and Nancy. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 74 on July 16th, 1918 in Crystal Falls, Stephens Co, TX.General Notes
