Charles Montgomery Plumlee 
Charles Montgomery was born on October 12th, 1843 in Carroll Co, AR. Charles Montgomery's father was Joel Plumlee Sr. and his mother was Rachel Simmons. His maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James, Isaac C., William, John, Zachariah, Joel, Francis Marion, Elizabeth, Nancy and Rachel. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 82 on August 20th, 1926 in Shawnee, Pottawatomie Co, OK.General Notes
