Isaac C. Plumlee 
Isaac C. was born on March 29th, 1824 in White Co, TN. Isaac C.'s father was Joel Plumlee Sr. and his mother was Rachel Simmons. His maternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James, William, John, Zachariah, Joel, Francis Marion, Charles Montgomery, Elizabeth, Nancy and Rachel. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 71 on July 17th, 1895 in Gorman, Eastland Co, TX.General Notes
