Egeline De Courtenay 
Egeline was born in 1287 in Okehampton, Devonshire, England.1 Egeline's father was Baron of Okehampton Hugh de Courtenay and her mother was Alinore le Despencer. Her paternal grandparents were Sir John de Courtenay and Isabelle De Vere. She had five brothers and six sisters, named 9th Earl of Devon Hugh, Philip, Thomas, John, Robert, Eleanor, Avelina, Margaret, Isabel, Alice and Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 48 on October 10th, 1335 in Westbury, Devonshire, England.1 -
