John Carter

John was born on November 5th, 1599 in Kempston, Bedfordshire, England.¹ John's father was William Carter Jr. and his mother was Mary Anscell. His paternal grandparents were William Carter Sr. and Elizabeth Glover Cranfield; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Anscell and Elizabeth Wheatley.
