Richard Welch

Richard was born on January 7th, 1804.¹   Richard's father was Osias Welch and his mother was Betsy Harcourt. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John, Keziah, Jesse, Sally and Mary (Polly). He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Jefferson R., George Washington, James A., William Rowland, Benjamine J., Isaac R., Thomas, Mahala, Malinda, Elizabeth and Sally.¹
