Martha Rathbun 
Martha was born in Stonington, New London, Connecticut.1 Martha's father was Joshua Rathbun and her mother was Mary Wightman. Her paternal grandparents were John Rathbone and Ann Dodge; her maternal grandparents were Valentine Wightman and Susannah Holmes. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Valentine W, John, Jacob, Wait, Job, Amos, Daniel, Mary, Anna and Susannah. She had a half-brother named Joshua. She died in 1728 in Stonington, Connecticut.2 -
