Henry Mew 
Henry was born on May 14th, 1847 in Beaufort Dist., SC.1 Henry's father was John Pringle Mew and his mother was Emily Ann Smart. His paternal grandparents were Macamee Mew and Ann Rutledge Smith. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John Rufus, James Alexander, Edward C., Martha Elizabeth, Florence Ann, Julia Leocardia, Laura Josephine, Mary Ellen and Harriet Isabel. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 79 on November 2nd, 1926. He was buried in Savannah, Chatham Co., GA.1 1 -
