Marie Angelique Metivier 
Marie Angelique was born on August 30th, 1806 in L Acadie, St. Jean, Quebec, Canada.1 Marie Angelique's father was Louis Gedeon Metivier and her mother was Marie Louise Giroux. Her paternal grandparents were Jacques Metivier and Marie Catherine Minville; her maternal grandparents were Basile Giroux and Marie Louise Brosseau. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Basile, Francois, Medard, Louis Gedeon, Baptiste Moise, Elenore, Clotilde, Marie Salomee, Julienne, Marguerite and Marie Louise. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She had a half-sister named Mary Elizabeth.1 -
