Jacques Mitivier 
Jacques was born on May 14th, 1715 in St. Thomas, Montmagny, Quebec, Canada.1 Jacques' father was Jean Francois Metivier and his mother was Marie Simone Balard. His paternal grandparents were Nicolas Francois Metivier and Marguerite DeChambour; his maternal grandparents were Louis Balard and Marguerite Migneron. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Jean Francois, Jean Francios, Jean Francios, Joseph, Francois, Louis, Marie, Francoise and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the ten children.1 -
