William Arthur Farmer 
William Arthur was born on February 6th, 1881 in Tellico Plains, Tennessee.1 William Arthur's father was John Nelson Farmer and his mother was Margaret Elizabeth Hunt. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Farmer and Rebecca Buchannon; his maternal grandparents were George Washington [Washie] Hunt and Mary Carolyn [Polly] Wilson. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Samuel Ira, John Ulysses, Major Franklin, Lillie Olivan and Margaret Isable [Mag]. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 on February 7th, 1951.1 -
