Margaret Isable [Mag] was born on May 6th, 1878 in Tellico Plains, Tennessee.1 Margaret Isable [Mag]'s father was John Nelson Farmer and her mother was Margaret Elizabeth Hunt. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Farmer and Rebecca Buchannon; her maternal grandparents were George Washington [Washie] Hunt and Mary Carolyn [Polly] Wilson. She had four brothers and a sister, named Samuel Ira, John Ulysses, Major Franklin, William Arthur and Lillie Olivan. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 83 on December 18th, 1961.1 -
