Tucker McCall was born on January 8th, 1876 in Screven Co., GA.1 Tucker McCall's father was John Ruel Evans and his mother was Mary Clarissa Robbins. His paternal grandparents were John Ruel Evans and Sarah Elizabeth Lucas. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James Ruel, Edwin Thomas, Capus Bowie, John Gordon, William Roy, Madie and Hattie Evalina. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 68 on March 5th, 1944.1 General Notes
